The off-road training (Dirt Wayz) provided me with skills to build upon, and gave me a path to become a better rider. I had been searching for ADV training in Middle TN, and found it is just not offered in this area. White Lightning H-D is the only dealership that I know of that is involved with ADV training, of any kind.
The techniques for effective and safe maneuvering of a bike in the dirt are not simply common sense, but principles that are most valuable when learned and practiced correctly. Receiving instruction, and needed correction, from a competent instructor opened up a new world for me. With proper skills, a healthy confidence will replace hesitation during rides, and this will lead to your machine getting out of the garage more. I have been very pleased and satisfied with the staff and service at White Lightning Harley Davidson since my move to the area 18 months ago. Very friendly and helpful staff. Staff in the service department have been extremely helpful and a pleasure to have bikes in for service. Been very appreciative for the immediate availability to have bikes in for regular and corrective service. It has been a pleasure working with Jathan Reeves, Service Advisor and having Tanner Morrison, Service Technician maintain my bikes.

I recently had a build done on my 18 Heritage and one on my wifes 21 Heritage. Both were tuned afterwards. You can tell right a way when a tune is really right. While both bikes ran satisfactorily neither were really in the sweet spot. You could just feel It. After debating options for several weeks I.e. take bikes to a new person, pay again etc. I finally decided to call Teresa ( service mgr at White Lightning HD ) a call. Youre always concerned when getting a Dyno tune that all areas of adjustability be addressed. I shared my concerns with Teresa. Teresa was very approachable. She is really interested in making her dept. be all it can be. She told me that she was currently remodeling her Dyno. She told me that after the remodel a trainer was coming to the dealership. This trainer would be teaching several technicians proper methods of using the equipment. She generously offered to all our bikes to be part of the training. Both were retuned and vastly improved. Thanks for the efforts of the White Lightning crew. Weve had quite a few great experiences there and this one was awesome. Everyone who does performance builds needs a great tune from a trustworthy dealer. Look them up.

This dealership is a breath of fresh air at a time when most dealers are more like car dealerships than traditional Harley dealership. This dealership takes you back to the roots of the true Harley experience. Again I can't say enough about the entire team at White Lightening Harley Davidson. Again I can't say enough about the awesome buying experience Allen created both before and after the sale. Allen actually purchased a gremlin bell for my new bike out of his own pocket before I left the dealership. Great dealership great people that gets back go the roots of the Harley experience.

I was broke down in New Mexico on a new bike .I called 6 different dealers on Sunday some were closed other couldnt help me get the bike out of limp mode.then I called this dealer spoke with Waldo in the service department who explained exactly what to do.This man saved me a tow bill and saved a day of our trip.hats off great experience with him and also hats off to a awsome service department for properly training there service people.great experience.there are some other dealers that would benefit alot if there service people who answer the phone could help people.THANKS WALDO!! Shout out to Kyle and all the guys in the White Lightning Service Dept !! Great job. Today (A Saturday) I took my 2017 ROAD Glide Special in to have the charging system checked out...My battery had quit charging completely but the battery had checked out as good. Arrived at the dealership for my 10:30 Appt a few mins late, but they welcomed me with open arms. A couple of hours later Kyle called me and told me my bike was ready, and the my suspicions were correct....the rectifier (voltage regulator) had gone bad. They had one in stock and had already replaced it under warranty when they called me. Thanks to everyone at White Lightning for making this the easiest and best dealings I have had with a Harley Dealership in the last few years. I will be back and I will be telling others about my experience. Thanks again Brothers !

I have been a Harley owner and rider for decades. These guys were hands down the best I have worked with. My wife and I visited the store about 2 weeks ago. I wanted to show her the color options of the 2019 Road Glide Ultra I was considering. After she spent 3 minutes reviewing the bikes, she was off to the clothing area. We didn't walk out with a bike that day, but my wife and grandkids all have wardrobe additions. My wife this was the most comfortable she had ever felt in a Harley Dealership. Last Saturday I contacted the store about Noon to verify they still had the bike in stock that I wanted. They did. We agreed on the deal over the phone. As it was cold and raining, they agreed to deliver the bike to my house (90 miles away) that evening. As always, the paperwork took longer than planned. However, they honored the exact deal we agreed upon on the phone and threw in a couple of pretty cool shirts. (Not the "I bought my Harley at" shirts. Regular logo'd shirts. I had 36 designs to choose from.)As it was getting late, I was concerned they were going to push my delivery off until the following week. Knowing the weather was going to be great on Sunday, this would have upset me. Not to worry. They delivered my bike that evening, getting to my house around 8:30PM. Keep in mind this guy had to haul that empty trailer back in the rain and would not even get back to the Dealership until after 10PM! Not the way most of want to spend our Saturday nights. Overall I cannot say enough good things about this Dealership.Thanks Guys!

Stopped by Thunder Creek Harley-Davidson yesterday while passing through Chattanooga. We were on a family trip and went inside to browse around and take break from the road. Even though we had never been there, and came in with two small children and an 8 week old German Shepherd puppy, we were treated like long time customers they were welcoming back. Everyone was just super, very helpful and super tolerant of my stir crazy boys trying to burn off energy from being cooped up in the truck. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone in the Chattanooga area. Great selection, very knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy at all. Thanks! Jerry Pope

Just have to say, these guys are great. Service was second to none! I broke down just west of Chattanooga in the rain..that sucked. They picked me up and had me back on the road in about two hours. Long enough for me to spend more money in the store..lol. I left, got about four miles down the road and my bike died. One of the guys came towing a trailer in his own vehicle. How great is that!!. Anyway , my brand new cheap battery was dead and had no relation to the first problem....back on the road in 15 minutes and no service charge. Thank you guys so much. My bike is running like a champ again. You guys will always be highly recommended in my book. Thanks again!!

Great place to visit if you are driving through. Husband is a huge Harley Davidson fan and we always stop to pickup a shirt when we are traveling through each state. Everyone was so nice and they were celebrating their anniversary so that had lots to see.

I live 120 miles from Thunder Creek HD. I also have 6 HD Dealers within a 30 min drive of my house and I will always make the drive to Thunder Creek. The staff is wonderful in all departments. I've bought two bikes from them so far and referred countless others. Their customer service is amazing, I've always felt like family every time I walk through the door at TCHD. If I have an issue with any of my bikes, they are happy to come pick it up from me and fix it. If you are shopping for a new or used bike in the southeast, there is no other dealer than Thunder Creek! I am definitely a customer for life.

The staff and management care about people. They go out of their way to ensure people enjoy riding and community fellowship.

The service department is in my opinion one of the best in the country.
The courtesy inspections they host during events and late nights I've seen them put in to repair bikes from out of town tells me again and again, they care. They fixed my clutch lever and a oil leak (drain plug) that was caused by home dealership service errors(done the morning I left town for Run for the Wall) and didn't charge me a dime!

Every time I come here, I get greeted with hand shakes and smiles, by anyone I come in contact with. I've always had more than exceptional experiences, with members of all departments. Even when they know that I'm "just looking," during particular visits, the sales people always spend the same amount of time with me, as they would if I were to tell them that I'm definitely going to buy a bike that day. I do a lot of work on my own bikes, and the service department is always more than willing to help me and answer any questions I may have. I've never been steered wrong by anyone here, and have always left with my expectations being met, and most of the time, exceeded. I'm definitely a customer for life!
