Donations / Requests From White Lightning Harley-Davidson®

If your organization is requesting a donation, please complete the following application so that we may determine if we are able to contribute to your cause.

As a business, we receive numerous requests on a monthly basis for donations to many worthy causes. Although we cannot donate to each and every organization or cause, we would like to be of service to as many of these worthy causes as we are able.

Applications must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the date of the donation needed to be considered.

Lot/Venue Requests

Due to the volume of requests Lot/Venue Requests submitted less than 45 days in advance may not be approved. Forms must be filled out clearly and completely in order to be processed in a timely manner. Events involving Open Flames, Food, Tents, Vendors and/or Larger Gatherings require additional approval time. A dealership representative will contact you within five (5) business days of receiving this document to confirm the date and time requested.
